
Stephan is a serial entrepreneur and operator with experience scaling B2B software companies from zero to IPO.
Prior to co-founding Lorimer Ventures, Stephan co-founded and scaled Lang.ai, a no-code ML company for customer support, through it’s Series A. Before Lang.ai, Stephan was Vice President of Product Strategy at Unqork as well as the Head of Corporate Strategy at Yext, a company that he helped take public (NYSE: YEXT). In addition to being a General Partner at Lorimer, Stephan is an adjunct Operating Partner with Blackhorn Ventures, a multi-stage Industry 4.0 firm.
Stephan holds dual degrees in Economics and Science, Technology, and Society from Colby College and lives in Brooklyn.

Nick has been an investor and lender his entire adult life. He began angel investing in 2017 and has over 45 direct investments and 2 exits.
In addition to running Lorimer Ventures full-time, Nick is also a Venture Partner with LaunchTN, and AgLaunch365. Prior to Lorimer Ventures, Nick spent 10 years as a senior banker within the Farm Credit system, most recently as Vice President, Food & Agribusiness where he oversaw the sourcing, structuring and syndication of large corporate credits. Prior to Farm Credit, Nick was an equity derivatives trader and in structured credit sales at Citigroup (NYSE: C).
Nick holds dual degrees in History and Economics from Colby College and splits his time between Nashville and New York City.

Pete has spent over 15 years advising global industrial companies and using those insights to invest in early-stage technology businesses.
He joined Broadscale in 2014 as its first and only investment professional, building a $125M deal-by-deal venture platform from scratch. Pete was among the earliest venture investors to recognize the opportunity in smart, connected, and distributed energy resources.
During his tenure, Broadscale became the largest and earliest investor in Audigent (acquired by Experian) and took two companies public on the NYSE.
Pete holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and lives in Brooklyn.

Zach has spent the last 10 years working in Product Management, UX, and Growth roles in the New York tech ecosystem. He is currently a Lead Product Manager at Attentive building messaging products.
Before Attentive, Zach was a Product Manager at Yext (NYSE: YEXT), developing its Knowledge Graph product and working closely with Stephan. Previous to Yext, Zach worked on the Financial Products UX team at Bloomberg LP building cross-asset trading functionality on The Terminal for both Buy-Side and Sell-Side clients.
Zach holds a BA from Cornell University in Government and lives in Manhattan.
